New residential developments in South Yorkshire
As a result of the excellent delivery of the Nottingham Place conversion project, Swan Homes has selected IMYCO to provide full contracting services at three forthcoming sites.

The first of these, The Park, at Bentley in Doncaster is a new residential development of 9, 2 bed room apartments – to be marketed under the ‘Swan Persona’ brand.  
The site at Old Rossington, Doncaster features the sensitive renovation of a Listed Building into two 2 bed room semi-detached cottages, plus the construction of 4 town houses and further semi-detached properties - all with the emphasis on affordable housing but still built to the highest of standards.

The Boundary at Chapeltown, Sheffield is a new build development of 10, 2 bed apartments with under-croft parking facilities for Swan Homes under their ‘Swan Persona’ brand.
