Homes has appointed IMYCO to work on a major refurbishment project
in the heart of London’s West End. This will involve the
exterior and interior renovation of the property and conversion
into five luxury apartments. This most recent development from
Swan Homes is being marketed under the ‘Swan Persona’
label, a unique and innovative approach that focuses on matching
the interior style of an apartment to the personality of its owner.
Swan was
keen to ensure that the quality hallmark, for which the company
has become known, is maintained in Nottingham Place by relocating
their own time-served Yorkshire tradesmen to support their London
counterparts for the duration of the project.
