This project involves the construction of 50K sq ft of new Grade A office accommodation in 2 phases, plus the refurbishment of existing properties on the site, which include a Grade II listed building.

The ability to handle with sensitivity the treatment of the listed building alongside the new build and redevelopment phase was crucial to IMYCO’s appointment.
